Repairs, reconditioning and servicing outside warranty
Our highly skilled service centre team are able to offer a range of services to customers who wish to maintain, rather than replace, any unit outside warranty. If you have a unit that needs repair after expiry of the guarantee, or perhaps it has not failed but needs a service to ensure continued operation then a cost effective solution is to send it to our Birmingham team.

- Items should be returned to us complete, with carriage paid, clearly marked with their RMA number and sent to: Parvalux Service Centre, 26 Avenue Road, Birmingham B6 4DY, UK.
- We will contact you as soon as possible with an estimate for the required work
- Once approved, our team will repair, recondition and service, as required, and return your unit without delay
Repairs under warranty
If the product has failed during the warranty period due to electrical breakdown or mechanical failure resulting from defective materials and/or workmanship; providing the failure is not due to misuse or operation under adverse conditions, then you may return the item to our Bournemouth factory for immediate repair or replacement.

- Note that Carbon brushes, capacitors and flexible cables are not covered; units that have been dismantled in any way, or if the nameplate has been damaged/removed
