Take any one of our standard configured products and specify it to fit your application. Choose from a range of non-standard options or specify your own alterations.
In addition to our range of 5000+ standard motor-gearbox configurations customers are invited to consider specifying any number of additional modifications to realise their preferred solution. Whether this means modifying a gearbox output shaft or winding a fully-customised, application-specified unit: our adaptable workforce can deliver the required solution and often at no extra charge.
Our engineering team offer a wealth of application, manufacturing and computer aided design knowledge to help realise the desired product modifications quickly and efficiently; supplying drawings, finite element analysis (FEA), 3D CAD models and motion graphics as well as recommendations for materials, suppliers and application assemblies upon request.
Once designs are approved, sample units for testing by customers are manufactured using our in-house lathes, milling machines, CNC machines and computer aided manufacturing software as required. Once testing is complete, and the product samples have been approved, the project is passed over to our quality assured production facility for order fulfilment.
