During the design process we offer: end-to-end project management; cost-benefit analysis; 3D CAD models to save you drawing time and ensure perfect interfacing with our systems; Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for improved quality and reliability of components; Math-CAD analysis to improve motor design and gear ratings; and Fault Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify any potential design flaws.
Then using the latest rapid prototyping techniques, CNC machines and quality processes we can manufacture new products with flexibility and speed, rigorously testing the final design before it goes into full production.
Our project teams encompass representatives from our production, design, supply-chain, quality and sales departments, to ensure that the development process is supported by a breadth of expertise and knowledge at every stage.

Pricing
Each project is priced according to the complexity of the design, bill of materials and the quantity required. Although no minimum quantity is required the service is generally provided free of charge on orders of over 5000 units. Tooling charges are subject to negotiation.
