We are suppliers to a number of European off-set pre-press plate processing, film processing and PCB screen printing equipment manufacturers. These machines, intended for bureau or industrial use, use a variety of customised or standard AC or DC motor units fitted with inline or right angle gearboxes to meet the requirements of the application.

Our PM50-50GB12 motor-gearbox was designed specifically for lithographic plate process and stacking applications and is now supplied in volume across a number of other markets with similar application requirements.

In future we anticipate supplying many of our customers with new high efficiency planetary gearheads from our HP range which are well suited to print and press applications, particularly those with compact space requirements. For a single stage reduction the range offers less than 20 arc-minutes of backlash (one third of a degree).
