Sales
Our sales team comprise of factory-trained experts with over 100 years of combined experience in selecting the right product for your application. They have a wide range of application experience, and if you require a customised or bespoke offer, our specialist account managers will guide you through the design process. Do you have a high volume application? Our team can visit you wherever you are to discuss in detail.
PDD
Our product design and development (PDD) facility comprises of 15 highly-qualified engineers using latest software, rapid prototype and test facilities to provide a quick 'time to market' for new products. Our team has a blend of electro-mechanical skill-sets covering the whole motor-gearbox technology platform. Each engineer is qualified with either a BEng, MEng or PhD and several years related design experience before joining Parvalux.
Supply Chain
Our supply chain team includes 2 MCIPS professionals and 2 MBA qualified members here in the UK, with 3 qualified Quality Assurance Engineers in our Taiwanese and Shanghai offices. Our experienced team enhances the business's overall core competence and the value-add that Parvalux brings to its customers by sourcing the highest possible quality raw material at the most economical price globally.
Manufacturing
Our operations team are seasoned, factory-trained staff with decades experience. The team manage processes that are designed to maximise flexibility and customer responsiveness using best-in-class manufacturing methodology, incorporating a combination of MRP control and classic pull systems driven by a state-of-the art ERP system. Manufacturing is controlled within a fully compliant ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Finance
Our finance team ensures that our whole business is run smoothly, from paying our suppliers, collecting payments through to validating new customers and paying our employees. The team manages the full-range of treasury functions including a number of differing currencies. As you would expect, the team comprises of a number of qualified accountants supported by an enthusiastic administration team.
Service Centre
Our service centre team in Birmingham are factory-trained and combine considerable product experience with a 'fast-response culture' to service our customers quickly and efficiently. From the Service Director to the fitters, each team member has a huge breadth of knowledge on Parvalux and EMD products and can ensure you find the right replacement part or new product swiftly.
